Ohio Men’s Golf Finishes 11th At Pinehurst Invitational

Ball State finished first with a combined 885 and was led by Tyler Merkel with a 214 over three rounds.
Ohio's Byron Firestone did not finish best for the Bobcats for the first time all tournament as he shot a 76 and finished 16th overall in the individual tournament including three birdies.
Top finishers today were Connor Coldwater and Brad Burgess, who both finished with 72. Coldwater had three birdies and Burgess had two birdies and an eagle. Michael Lamping returned Tuesday and shot a 75 with a birdie to make him Ohio's third best golfer. Andrew Mlynarski finished fifth for Ohio scoring 80 with one birdie.
