Coolville Woman Injured In Route 50 Crash
< < Back to coolville-woman-injured-in-route-50-crashA Coolville woman was hospitalized after a crash that occurred Monday morning on U.S Route 50 and County Road 62.
Erin D. Travis, 40, was driving a 2003 Dodge Durango eastbound on route 50 at about 11:15 a.m. when she failed to yield the right of way while turning left onto route 62, according to a report by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
While turning, Travis’ vehicle was struck by a 2009 International Semi driven by Jerry L. Logan, 45, of Jackson, the report stated.
Travis was flown by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center for “incapacitating” injuries. Charges are pending related to the crash.
Logan did not report any injuries and was not treated on the scene, according to the report.
