Ohio Elections Chief Issues New Early Voting Hours

Bethany Road Closed Monday
The Athens County Engineer's Office is closing County Road 53 (Bethany Ridge) in Rome Township today from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Drivers are advised to avoid this area.
Liquid Substance seen on Muskingum River
The brown, dirty substance seen on the Northern Muskingum River yesterday is not oil. More testing will be done on samples while the Environmental Protection Agency will continue to monitor the river.

Apple Company sold a record 4 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus smartphones on Friday. The company says an additional supply will be available at Apple stores Friday September 19.
