Lil Wayne and Kodak Black Among Trump’s Last Minute Pardons

Early this morning President Trump issued 73 pardons and 70 commutations, including a pardon for rapper Lil Wayne and commuted sentences for rapper Bill Kapri (known as Kodak Black) and Michael “Harry O” Harris, the co-founder of Death Row Records.
Wayne (legal name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) was charged in December with possession of a firearm and ammunition by a felon, shortly after the rapper endorsed Trump prior to the 2020 Presidential Election.
