Survivor advocacy practice: Addressing domestic violence impact on women’s mental health in Southeast Ohio

This research study highlights how six local domestic violence (DV) agencies utilize culturally appropriate interventions and communication for development strategies to address the possible impacts of DV on heterosexual women survivors’ mental health, self-empowerment, and well-being in Southeast Ohio. The study findings are pertinent to the participating organizations and not generalized.
