You are invited to attend the 48th Annual Athens Invitational Marching Festival on Saturday, October 14 at 10:00am at Athens High School’s Joe Burrow Stadium! This festival is the 3^rd longest running marching band festival in the state of Ohio. High School bands from Southeast and Central Ohio will travel in to perform at this prestigious event! Bands scheduled to perform include: Trimble, Nelsonville-York, River Valley, Meigs, Wellston, Ravenswood, Westfall, Logan Elm, Point Pleasant, Warren Local, Olentangy Liberty, Pickerington Central, Newark, and Athens. The festival is sponsored by the Athens Band Boosters, Kiwanis Club of Downtown Athens, and Chauncey-Dover Lions. Admission is $7 for adults and $5 for children. The gates will open at 9:00am and the festival will conclude around 2:45pm. Proceeds go to benefit these community organizations. We look forward to seeing you at this exciting musical event!
