Registration is now open for the 2024 Ohio Educational Technology Conference! The conference theme “Syzygy: Aligning the innovations of Teaching, Learning and Technology” alludes to the 2024 solar eclipse as well as how schools and educators are bringing teaching and technology together to enhance student learning.

Attendees will be able to choose conference tracks that focus on technology learning around their chosen area: instruction, information technology, leadership, or library and media specialists.

EdTech Podcast

For the Love of EdTech is a podcast by educators for educators. The podcast explores how educational technology can be used to improve students’ learning experience and easy ways educators can implement EdTech in their classrooms. Hosted by Kara Hutchinson and Caryn Kelley, educators with Ohio PBS Ed Techs SOITA and CET For The Love of EdTech, will introduce educators to the wide and developing world of educational technology through expert advice, guest interviews, additional resources and much more! Educators can also purchase graduate credit by enrolling in Teacher Campus. The Oct 12th episode features, WOUB Learning Lab educator, Lori Pringle. Check out how Lori integrates tech and makerspace into her library at Hiland High and Middle School.

Super Why’s Comic Book Adventures

In these new shorts, the literacy-powered superheroes leap into a stylized comic book world for a new storytelling twist. There are catchy new songs that break down key skills for early readers.
