The Federal Valley Resource Center hosts their Tree Festival with over 20 decorated Christmas trees, visits from Santa and the Grinch, kids’ activities, community Christmas carolers, local vendors and hot cocoa provided by Autumn Brown, Athens County Commissioner Elect.
