NELSONVILLE, Ohio (WOUB) – The First Presbyterian Church of Nelsonville (69 East Washington Street) will continue its community concert series with a free performance on Monday, July 20, at 7 p.m.
The concert will feature Director of Music Jeff Daubenmire as pianist, organist, and conductor, joined by vocalist Ben Lucas, drummer Phil Patterson, and trumpet player Sammy Gurgiolo for an evening of familiar, upbeat classics such as those made famous by artists such as Frank Sinatra and Michael Bublé.
Created to expand the church’s community outreach, the series showcases both emerging and experienced musicians in performances held throughout the year.
Admission is free and open to the public, with donations benefiting the Music Ministry of Nelsonville First Presbyterian Church. Additional concerts, including a holiday program in December, are planned as part of the ongoing series. Find more information at this link.
