Open Houses are scheduled for the Red Cross offices in Chillicothe, March 21st, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.; Athens, March 26th, 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.; and Lancaster, March 28th, 4:30 to 7:30 pm.
