The purpose of the African Pen Pals Instructional Series is to capture a slice of the everyday lives of ten African youths and to share these experiences with children and youth in the United States. The Instructional Series is the result of a partnership between WOUB-TV, The Children & Broadcasting Foundation For Africa, Ohio SchoolNet, and Ohio University's National Resource Center for Africa.
