The Friends of Burr Oak Sate Park group, Burr Oak Alive! invites you to an Open House on Thursday, August 12, from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. After a welcome and overview in the Lodge Lobby at 6:00, tours showcasing improvements and changes at the park begin at 6:30. Come and check out a lodge suite room, a renovated cabin, the new Lake to Lodge Trail, the Nature Center, Disc Golf Course, newly constructed Sherman cabins at the campground, the recently opened Storybook Trail, and other recreation activities such as Putt Putt Gold, tennis, and basketball.
