ABOUT THE SPEAKER
KEITH PHETLHE is a Ph.D Candidate in the African Literature and Film Studies at Ohio University, School of Interdisciplinary Arts. He is a poet, politician,  literary critic & translator, academic and educator from Botswana. His recent publication is The Abomination, a postcolonial Setswana novel. He is founder of Poetry Society-UB and has performed in many international platforms. He is the editor of an upcoming multilingual poetry anthology Harvested Requiems. His poems have been translated into Spanish and published in prominent media outlets. He is a visiting Research Fellow at the University of the Freestate in Bloemfontein South Africa.ABOUT THE THEME
September’s theme is Muse:“Your muse comes from the deepest parts of your imagination and guides you to new ideas.” The Dubai CreativeMornings chapter chose this month’s exploration and Shahul Hameed illustrated the theme.
