In this course we will discuss the importance of developing a Personal Protection Plan; review essential gun safety rules, gun handling fundamentals, ammunition and firearms storage, defensive shooting fundamentals, legal use of force / Ohio concealed carry laws,
gear & gadgets; and, perform live-fire shooting drills on the range.

Upon successful completion of this course and the written examination, students receive a certificate to be used to apply for their Ohio Concealed Handgun License (CHL).

We will also provide students a copy of the Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals book by Michael Martin, firearm rental, ammunition for class, eye and hearing protection, targets, beverages, lunch and snacks!  You bring a positive attitude & willingness to learn!!
