We are here to help those who are determined to quit tobacco. Participants will learn a positive approach to becoming a non-tobacco user, strategies to recover from tobacco addiction, the barriers to tobacco cessation, the health benefits of choosing a tobacco-free lifestyle, nicotine-replacement options, and motivational exercises and techniques for stress management.

Classes meet for six weeks every Tuesday from 4 to 5 p.m. at OhioHealth O’Bleness Hospital, HeartWorks located on the 1st floor of the Cornwell Heart Health Center. The upcoming session lasts from September 3 to October 8 .
