Prenatal Yoga alleviates aches & pains, reduces stress & anxiety, improves postural alignment, strengthens & stabilizes important muscles groups, improves flexibility, supports your body throughout pregnancy, prepares your body for labor & delivery, and provides a chance to meet like-minded mamas!
This is a class suitable for women in their 2nd and/or 3rd trimester of pregnancy, and will include some active and restorative yoga poses, ways to modify postures during pregnancy, breath awareness and pelvic floor exercises.
Classes are Weds at 11:00a – 12:00p, located at Bodhi Tree in Athens
