Shiitake & Oyster Mushroom Workshop

Back by popular demand, MRWIG will once again be hosting a mushroom growing workshop in March of 2019 at the Zane State College of Natural Resources Center. Participants will learn how to inoculate freshly cut hardwood logs to grow Shiitake and Oyster mushrooms, as well as how to care long-term for their investment.
