Sonax Saxophone Quartet

Sonax is an ensemble formed in 2017 with the goal of sharing and celebrating the rich chamber music repertoire for saxophone, including works from the inception of the saxophone quartet in the 19th century to new compositions that seek to further capitalize on the full expressive potential of the instrument. Members include Ohio University faculty and alumni saxophonist Jordan Carinelli, Andrew Meyer, Jordan Reed and Matthew James. The concert will be held in the music parlor of the historic Bowen House in Logan.
