The Federal Valley Resource Center welcomes The Rylee Bapst Band performing Appalachian Soul Music from Athens, Ohio.  This event is made possible by OhioArts.  There will be a $10 charge at the door, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.   FVRC is handicapped accessible.  Doors open at 6:30.
