District Director of Communications Jim Craft says Roger Mace has accepted the position and will be officially hired at tonight’s school board meeting.

He later served as the assistant high school principal and athletic director at Belpre High School.
Craft said the district is excited that Mace has accepted the position.
“We look forward to working for and working with Roger Mace,” said Craft.
A letter introducing himself to the people of the district appears on the Gallipolis City School District website.
