A Zanesville man faces several years in prison after West Virginia authorities say he sold drugs to them on multiple occasions. In December 2010, Parkersburg Narcotics Task Force Agents arrested Michael Smart after a lengthy investigation. Agents say Smart delivered crack cocaine to them two times.

Officials say Smart was considered a major drug supplier in the area. Judge Robert Waters sentenced him on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.

Waters gave him one to 15 years at the department of corrections for each count, with nearly 300 days credit.

Smart will serve those sentences concurrently.

Smart was listed on the Muskingum County Sheriff's Most Wanted List.
