Ross County Fire Ruled Arson

A Ross County fire has been ruled an arson.
It happened at a mobile home early Thursday morning on Hill Drive in Bainbridge.
Ohio State Fire Marshal's investigators say the fire started outside the home and spread inward.
The fire was put out quickly and there was minimal damage.
Two men were home at the time but they were able to escape without injury.
Neighbors alerted them to the fire.
There were no smoke alarms in the mobile home.
A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered to anyone with information.
