Wahama Leads TVC-Hocking
< < Back to
1.Wahama 6-0 (6-0)- The White Falcons have been rolling through the TVC-Hocking this season. Led by running backs Isaac Lee and Anthony Grimm, their offense has been dominant and has been averaging nearly 60 points a game. It doesn’t appear as though they can be stopped.
2. South Gallia 6-1 (5-1)- South Gallia has had a great season up to this point with their only loss coming on the road to Trimble. They easily have the second best offense in the conference and have their biggest challenge of the year this Friday night when they take on TVC-Hocking leader Wahama.
3.Trimble 4-2 (4-1)- The Tomcats have been under the radar ever since their two early season losses but have rebounded to have a good season up to this point. They gave Wahama their toughest test of the season and beat South Gallia earlier in the year. Their schedule ends a lot easier than it started as they close with three winnable games.
4.Waterford 4-3 (3-2)- Waterford is the forgotten team in the conference after losses to Wahama and Trimble. The Wildcats got off to a nice 3-1 start but have struggled recently. They are a middle of the pack TVC-Hocking team.
5.Federal Hocking 2-5 (2-3)- After Waterford, the rest of the TVC-Hocking takes a nosedive. Federal Hocking, Southern, and Eastern all have the same amount of wins in conference and losses overall. The Lancers are ranked 5th based solely on their head to head win over Southern.
T6. Southern 2-5 (2-3) / Eastern 2-5 (2-4)- For both Southern and Eastern, their only wins have come against winless Miller and Belpre. Both schools have struggled to get in the win column and are lucky that there are weaker teams in the conference than themselves.
T8. Miller 0-7 (0-5) / Belpre 0-7 (0-5)- Miller and Belpre remain the lone winless teams in the TVC-Hocking after seven weeks of play. Miller is coming off of a tough loss against Southern on their school’s homecoming game last week while Belpre got routed vs. South Gallia.
