The White Falcons racked up the points once again tonight on their way to a 45-20 win over Fayetteville. The Pirates struck first scoring early in the first quarter to take a 7-0 lead. After allowing the score, Wahama’s defense responded with a series of relentless plays stopping the Pirate attack. The White Falcon’s offense got on the board early in the second quarter, when Anthony Grimm scored a rushing touchdown to tie the game at 7.

Grimm and Gridiron “Player of the Year” candidate Isaac “do it all” Lee ran all over the Pirate defense to give Wahama a commanding 27-7 lead at the half.

During the third quarter, the Pirates returned the aggression with a number of great plays on both sides of the ball forcing two turnovers to rack up the next 13 points and climb within seven points at 27-20. But the Pirates could not keep the momentum as they were overpowered by the White Falcons who went onto dominate. Wahama turned the tide with some big plays of their own as they scored the last 18 points of the game in route to a 45-20 victory

The finishing stats for Grimm and Lee were impressive as usual. Lee completed the game with 8 carries for just 32 yards, however he had a big 51-yard receiving touchdown. Grimm was equally efficient tonight with 27 carires for 163 yards and four touchdowns.
