Another Body Found In Noble County
< < Back toAn Ohio sheriff investigating the death of a man who answered a phony Craigslist ad says a new body has been found in his rural county.
Noble County Sheriff Steve Hannum said Friday that the body of a white male was found in a shallow grave without identification.
Hannum says he is continuing his investigation along with state investigators and FBI agents and cannot comment further.
The news came shortly after the FBI in Cleveland said a body found in a shallow grave near a mall in Akron could also be connected to the job listing.
Police say the ad lured victims into a robbery scheme. If the latest cases are linked it would bring the death toll to three.
Two people are in custody.
