Scioto County Murder Arrest

An Otway man will be arraigned today on a murder charge in Scioto County.
Sheriff Marty Donini says Terry Shepherd, 35, of Dodds Road was arrested after another man was found dead in Shepherd's driveway.
Investigators say Shepherd shot Carl Tackett Junior, 30, of Bear Creek Rarden Road, multiple times during a verbal argument yesterday afternoon.
Shepherd is being held without bond in the Scioto County jail on one count of murder.
He will appear in Portsmouth Municipal Court today.
