Caldwell Man Indicted In Wife’s Murder

The Grand Jury of the Noble County Common Pleas Court returned an indictment against Jerad Morrison, 24, on one count of murder with a firearm specification in the death of his wife, Tiffany Morrison.
Morrison was arrested in the early morning hours of July 9, after allegedly shooting his wife of 18 months at their Miller Street home.
Noble County Sheriff Stephen Hannum and deputies reportedly discovered the body of Tiffany Morrison on the floor of the home, with the suspect laying next to her.
The Noble County coroner pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
Judge Lucien Young III has issued a gag order for all prosecutors, defense attorneys and law enforcement officials, who were told not to release anything on the case, other than procedural information.
Morrison remains in custody in the Noble County Jail in lieu of $1 million bond.
