< < Back to shake-and-bake-meth-lab-bustedA Vincent man has been arrested for what the Washington County Sheriff says was his "Shake and Bake" meth lab.
Sheriff Larry Mincks says Major Crimes Task Force Agents discovered two bottles used as "gas generators" in the process known for its tendancy to explode.
The Sheriff's press release said 27-year-old Travis Cunningham was arrested on felony warrants out of Meigs and Athens Counties.
He was transferred to the Southeast Ohio Regional Jail in Nelsonville.
This case will be forwarded to the Prosecutor's Office for presentation to a future grand jury.
A second, unrelated meth-lab arrest was made in Belpre.
Mincks says 36-year-old Michael Bowers of Parkersburg was arrested after a resident of Veto Road refused to allow him to cook meth at her home.
The release says Bowers was arrested after being tasered.
He is charged with illegal assembly of drug-making chemicals, trespassing and resisting arrest.
