Early Morning Accident Leaves Waverly Woman Dead

According to troopers at the Chillicothe post, 18-year-old Kyle Roar, of Piketon, was driving a Chevy Aveo on US 23 at 1:36 a.m. when he failed to yield while turning onto State Route 32.
Roar's car was hit by a Ford pickup truck driven by 43-year-old James Fitzgerald, of Leeper, PA.
Two of Roar's passengers suffered serious injuries.
A third, 18-year-old Alisha Lett, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Fitzgerald and his passenger suffered minor injuries.
