Three Wounded In Apartment Shooting
< < Back toThree people are recovering in the hospital Thursday morning after being shot in their apartment Wednesday night.
Huntington Police Chief Skip Holbrook said a total of nine people were in the first floor apartment, including three young children.
Police say the man knocked on the door of an apartment and opened fire when the door was opened firing as many as eight shots.
Three adults were wounded. The children inside the apartment weren't injured.
Police are still searching for the shooter.
This is the second shooting in Huntington in the past two days. Police charged a 19-year-old with the murder of 22-year-old Darrell Fugua of Detroit.
Two other people were wounded in that Tuesday shooting.
