Man Indicted For Voluntary Manslaughter

A grand jury indicted a Huntington man in the death of friend that tried to break up a fight.
Shane McCaffrey, 25, was indicted on a voluntary manslaughter charge Wednesday.
Police say in August, McCaffrey and his brother were in a drunken fight when their friend Howard LeMaster tried to break it up.
McCaffrey allegedly threw a cinder block that hit LeMaster in the head, sending him to the hospital where he later died.
McCaffrey will be arraigned on the charge within the next 10 days.
