Michigan Man Arrested On Drug Charges During Traffic Stop

Police arrested James Earl Brown, 46, of Muskegon, Michigan after finding 122 grams of heroin and 270 Oxycodone pills in his car.
Troopers say the street value of the drugs is estimated as more than $26,000.
Brown was charged with Possession of Heroin and Possession of Oxycodone.
He is being held in the Scioto County Jail.
