Bomb, Drugs And A Child Found In WV Home
< < Back toA small child is safe after police found a bomb and drugs inside its home in Mason County West Virginia.
Mason County sheriff's deputies say the 21-month-old child is in the custody of its grandparents.
Deputies say they learned the child had been in the home when methamphetamine was smoked.
Police found methamphetamine and heroin at the home.
Deputies arrested four Ashton residents, Matthew Gibson,26, Michael Mayes,47, Joshua Smith,32, Krista Aeiker,20, and John Cornell,32, of Apple Grove.
Deputies say all five were charged with child abuse causing injury.
The four men also face drug possession charges and Gibson faces additional charges related to the bomb.
