Couple In Domestic Dispute Ask For Child Custody Back

A Jackson County, West Virginia man and his wife are heading back to court to find out whether they can have their 2-year-old son back.
A closed custody hearing is set for Friday for Peter and Stephanie Lizon of Leroy.
Stephanie Lizon had moved to Alexandria, Va., with her parents after her husband's arrest in July 2012 on charges of malicious wounding and domestic battery. Her parents won custody of her son in December.
The charges against Peter Lizon were dismissed this week, in part because his wife denied the allegations and refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
Stephanie Lizon fled from her husband last year, ad domestic violence shelter workers said she told them she'd been held captive for the better part of a decade that included being beaten, burned and shackled.
