Science Center In Columbus To Reopen Planetarium
< < Back toA Columbus science museum is making plans to reopen its planetarium.
Officials with COSI, the Center of Science and Industry, say they plan to open the attraction this fall.
The planetarium was closed 10 years ago as the science center struggled with financial problems.
COSI officials say that they are trying to raise $1 million to restore the planetarium and add new digital equipment.
The science center's president says the planetarium didn't have state-of-the-art equipment and is in need of an upgrade.
