New Bakery Enters Eclipse Mining Town

Eclipse Company Town is now home to a new bakery that serves breakfast and lunch.
The Butterstick Bakery and Café opened this week at 11320 Jackson Drive in The Plains. The restaurant is next door to 9 Tables and will serve as overflow seating for the fine dining venue.
Butterstick is owned by Sandy Colopy. Her daughter and son-in-law, Suzanne and Bill Justice, own and operate 9 Tables.
