Bond Hearing Set After Rape Case Sent Back to Trial Court

A bond hearing has been set for Monday in the case of a Little Hocking man whose case was recently reversed and remanded back to Athens County Common Pleas Court.
Alan Brigner, 36, pleaded guilty in March 2014 to three counts of rape involving a then-13-year-old girl with whom he had a family connection. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
