College Swimming Names Corrin Van Lalen Swimmer Of The Week

College Swimming named freshman Corrin Van Lalen the Mid-American Conference’s Swimmer of the Week.
The publication named her the MAC’s top women’s swimmer after winning the 50-meter freestyle, her fourth straight victory in the event, 100-meter freestyle and 400-meter freestyle relay against Marshall on Nov. 13. She placed second in the 200-meter freestyle.
Van Lalen participated in the 2014 Speedo Championship Series in Iowa City, where she placed 52 out of 100 in the 50meter freestyle and 55 out of 104 nationally in the 100meter freestyle.
