‘I’m Still a Hippie’: Speaking With Graham Nash< < Back to
Over the course of his nearly three-quarters-of-a-century-long life, legendary songwriter and musician Graham Nash has been just about everywhere.
From Haight-Ashbury in the heat of the late ’60s to the seventh season of American Idol — Nash has an undeniable talent and deep personal fascination with the craft of storytelling.
WOUB’s Emily Votaw spoke briefly with Nash about his concerns with the Trump administration, what he feels all musicians and their fans must do in accordance to the current political strife in the U.S., and what it means to “still be a hippie” some 50 years after the summer of love.
On August 2, Nash is headed to Stuart’s Opera House in Nelsonville for an evening of storytelling and playing some of the most beloved and essential tunes from his nearly five decade long career. Tickets are available now right here.
