The Wahkeena Nature Preserve holds a walk open to the public to solely search for warblers. These migrant birds are very colorful, loud, and active in the springtime, but when fall creeps around the corner they turn a dull color and ultimately become illusive. However, Wahkeena’s hiking guides are bird experts and were able to pick these birds out with no hesitation, whether it be through, call, movement, or flight.
