Mountain Stage Returns to Peoples Bank Theater August 19

On August 19, Mountain Stage With Larry Groce will return to the Peoples Bank Theatre in Marietta. Performing acts include Natalie Prass, Red Wanting Blue, Todd Burge, Jill Sobule, and Gurf Morlix.
WOUB’s Emily Votaw spoke to Scott Terry of Red Wanting Blue, an alternative rock act that formed in Athens, OH in the mid-’90s, about the group’s most recent release, The Wanting, the formation of the band at Ohio University over 20 years ago, and returning to Mountain Stage.
Tickets for the Sunday, August 19 recorded taping of Mountain Stage With Larry Groce at the Peoples Bank Theater are available now, at this link. Tickets are $20-$34. The show starts at 7 p.m.
