Swarm Is Making Changes, Declaring Independence

Swarm was formerly known as Swarm of Dykes back in the late 80s. Bee Irwin, co-organizer of the group said it was brought back after President Trump’s administration announced their consideration of narrowing the definition of gender.

Bee Irwin explains Swarm will be undergoing some changes in wake of bautista’s firing.

Irwin added that the name change is an effort to be more open to other genders. Now, after the firing of deflin, Irwin says Swarm will be undergoing more changes.   

“Swarm is working on detaching from the University because there are a lot changes happening that are not for the better and we believe we will function better outside of the University.”
