Like most everything else, Radio Free Athens has been impacted by the current situation pertaining to COVID-19, which the World Health Organization has deemed a pandemic. Although you won’t get to hear your favorite DJs on the air for a while, we will be supplying faithful listeners with playlists in the meantime. Find them below!

From R@T
This weeks playlist is a mish-mash of stuff.  Part of it was inspired by going through my old cassette collection. Yes, I still have tapes and some of them do work. I am also really excited about the new X album Alphabetland. It is their first in 35 years and is available streaming with physical copies being available in August. Let’s hope that we can see a live show by them soon.
Massive Attack- Protection
De La Soul- I Be Blowin’
Black Pumas- Colors
X- Alphabetland
Nina Simone- Feelin’ Good
Cypress Hill- Insane in the Brain
Slack- Brain Toast
Weezer- Hash Pipe
Ramones- Somebody Put Something In My Drink
Joey Ramone- What a Wonderful World
