Orphan- A child deprived by death of one or usually both parents.
Death is inevitable. Sometimes you can see it coming a mile and a year away. Sometimes it knocks on your door on Friday and sticks around til Death Takes a Holiday on Sunday.
Appreciate who and what you have in life and tell them before it is too late. If not, you might later find yourself sorting through boxes of stuff wishing you had.

Winter is here again, oh lord. This week’s tunes are served up yet again by Old Man Winter, still emphasizing seventies rock and roll. Music snobs like myself may have ridiculed a lot of this at the time, but in retrospect, at least they played and sang these corny tunes themselves. Enjoy them if you can, and thanks as always for listening to Radio Free Athens.
