2022 Nelsonville Music Festival lineup features Yo La Tengo, Japanese Breakfast, Neko Case, and more
< < Back toStuart’s Opera House will present the 2022 Nelsonville Music Festival (NMF22) September 2-4, 2022 at the new Snow Fork Event Center (5685 Happy Hollow Road) in Nelsonville, Ohio.
The lineup includes: Japanese Breakfast, Angel Olsen, Yo La Tengo, Lucinda Williams, Neko Case, Mdou Moctar, Town Mountain, Michael Hurley, Nubya Garcia, La Luz, Madi Diaz, Adia Victoria, Tre Burt, Sunny War, Danielle Ponder, The Lowest Pair, Automatic, S.G. Goodman, The Ophelias, Rich Ruth, Teke::Teke, Myriam Gendron, Dos Santos, Tobacco City, Blue Cactus, Bill MacKay, In The Pines, Logan Halstead, Dana, Little Mazarn, Lung, OYO, Weedghost, and Stuart’s Afterschool Music Program bands.
The festival consists of three days of music featuring more than 30 bands on multiple stages all weekend long with camping, kids’ activities, artisan vendors, food and beverage vendors, and much more. Weekend passes for all three days are on sale now for $129, and the price will increase as the festival weekend gets closer. Weekend passes for teens are currently only $65, and kids 12 and under are always free. Weekend passes for Nelsonville and Buchtel residents are free with proof of residency. Camping passes and VIP weekend passes to the festival are also on sale now.
Free Nelsonville and Buchtel Resident tickets are available in-person at the Stuart’s Opera House box office Monday through Friday from 12-4. Residents of the city of Nelsonville and the village of Buchtel must show proof of residency by showing a valid government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or photo ID. Residents will also need to provide a Nelsonville or Buchtel addressed utility bill, bank statement, or similar correspondence from the last 6 months. These tickets are not transferable and will not be available at the admissions gate during the festival.
The Nelsonville Music Festival is a production of Stuart’s Opera House, a historic, non-profit theater located in Nelsonville that presents live music, theater, educational programming and community building.
