Here are the unofficial 2022 primary election results for Muskingum County

MUSKINGUM COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — Here are the unofficial results for contested races and local issues in Muskingum County.

Melissa Bell will be the Republican candidate for Muskingum County Commissioner in November. She won the primary with 4,273 votes compared with 4,159 votes for her opponent, Anthony Adornetto.

Voters in the Village of Dresden approved a 4 mills property tax for fire protection and EMS by a vote of 126 to 96.

An additional 4 mills property tax levy for police protection in the Village of South Zanesville was defeated by a vote of 108 to 89.

Two 1 mill property tax renewals for fire protection and EMS in Licking Township were approved, one by a vote of 296 to 135 and the other by a vote of 285 to 142.
