COLUMBUS, Ohio (Statehouse News Bureau) — Gov. Mike DeWine said he plans to vote for a proposed constitutional amendment that could make it harder to pass future changes to the state’s founding document. But he didn’t say why deciding that in August, which typically has low turnout, is so important.
