Research has shown that introducing children to community helpers in a safe and fun environment can help them react better during times of crisis. They also learn that skeletons help hold up our bodies, and slime can be a solid or a liquid depending on its composition.
This is a documentary about young people’s experiences with gun violence, collaboratively produced with PBS News Student Reporting Labs and 14 student producers from five U.S. cities: Philadelphia, Oakland, Washington D.C., Nashville, and East Lansing.
