Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Ross County

ROSS COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 33.5% of registered voters in Ross County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.

Voters in Ross County selected Keith Washburn with 8,188 votes to fill an unexpired term as municipal court judge. Angela Hirsch received 5,974 votes.

Voters in Ross County selected Jason Miller with 8,356 votes to serve a full term as municipal court judge. Luke Feeney received 6,018 votes.

Voters in Chillicothe selected Julie Preston with 2,909 votes, Kathy Dunn with 2,559 votes and Jeff Creed with 2,498 votes to fill City Council at large seats. Angelo Turner II received 2,250 votes and Welcom Stokien received 1,997 votes.

Voters in Chillicothe selected Kathy Payne with 637 votes to fill the City Council Ward 2 seat. Margaret Bennett received 548 votes.

Voters in Chillicothe selected Gunner Barnes with 354 votes to fill the City Council Ward 3 seat. Linsey Fasold received 224 votes.

Voters in Chillicothe selected Richard McQuirt with 229 votes to fill the City Council Ward 4 seat. John Thacker received 209 votes.

Voters in Chillicothe selected Dan DeMint with 208 votes to fill the City Council Ward 6 seat. Jamie Marcus Brown received 147 votes.

Voters in Bainbridge selected Jeremy Yoakem with 108 votes, Bronson Dwight Cayden Ewry with 105 votes, Destiney Woods with 104 votes to fill Village Council seats. Bridget Lee Skaggs and Calee Smith tied at 97 votes each for a fourth seat.

Voters in Kingston selected Mike Holbrook with 112 votes, Paul Kallenberg with 101 votes, Matt Holbrook with 99 votes and Annie May Hamm with 93 votes to fill Village Council seats. Virginia Handley received 82 votes, Carolyn Carper received 67 votes and Barbara Ann Carper received 51 votes.

Voters in Concord Township selected Zachary Schaaf with 699 votes to serve as trustee. Write-in candidates received 589 votes.

Voters in Green Township selected Terry French with 577 votes and Jeffrey Geno with 529 votes to serve as trustees. Jason Wiseman received 493 votes, Ron Hinton received 356 votes and Carl Gearhart received 325 votes.

Voters in Huntington Township selected Blake Kellough with 714 votes and Chester Bud Lytle with 613 votes to serve as trustees. Write-in candidates received 257 votes.

Voters in Jefferson Township selected James Barker with 193 votes and Ryan Skeens with 158 votes to serve as trustees. Paul Minney received 120 votes.

Voters in Twin Township selected Bill Jones with 425 votes and Dylan Estep with 379 votes to serve as trustees. Michael Darbyshire received 332 votes.

Voters in Union Township selected Wes Bowles with 1,042 votes and Bryan Smith with 859 votes to serve as trustees. Dave Bethel received 575 votes and Jeffrey Henness received 540 votes.

Voters served by the Adena Local School District School Board selected Brady Ratzlaff with 1,001 votes and Josh McQuiniff with 863 votes to serve as board members. Write-in candidates received 933 votes.

Voters served by the Huntington Local School District School Board selected C.R. McCloskey with 554 votes and Karla Depugh with 453 votes to serve as board members. Deric Cox received 423 votes and Christopher Jenkins received 393 votes.

Voters served by the Southeastern Local School District School Board selected Aaron Drake with 763 votes, Jeff Stauffer with 744 votes and Glenda Kinzer with 701 votes to serve as board members. Linda Kitchen received 595 votes.

Voters served by the Zane Trace Local School District School Board selected Todd Holdren with 1,382 votes, Ben Buchwalter with 1,174 votes and Jeremiah Johnson with 1,124 votes to serve as board members. Denis Greenwalt received 914 votes and Richard Lockwood received 757 votes.

Voters in Deerfield Township approved a proposed 2 mills renewal levy for fire and EMS with 67% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Deerfield Township approved a proposed 1.5 mills renewal levy for ambulance and EMS with 70% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in Ross County rejected a proposed 0.3 mill renewal levy for senior citizens with 53% casting ballots against.

Voters served by Chillicothe City Schools rejected a proposed 5.1 mills additional emergency levy with 55% casting ballots against.
