Here are the unofficial results for the 2025 November general election in Gallia County

GALLIA COUNTY, Ohio (WOUB) — According to unofficial results, 19.29% of registered voters in Gallia County cast ballots in the 2025 November general election.

Voters in the Village of Cheshire selected Melissa R. Amos with 25 votes, Danny R. Palmer with 17 votes and Eric P. Jones with 16 votes to fill Council at Large seats. Charles L. Tabor received 11 votes, while Connie S. Palmer received 10 votes.

Voters in the city of Gallipolis selected Michael Carter with 281 votes, William B. Thomas with 252 votes and Dennis L. Kirby with 155 votes to fill City Commission at Large seats. R. William Jenkins received 154 votes.

Voters in the Village of Vinton selected Michele L. George with 22 votes, Chuck Easter with 19 votes, Rebekah Greenlee with 16 votes and Ashly K. Walker with 16 votes to fill Council at Large seats. Vicki L. Moore received 14 votes.

Voters in Addison Township selected Tony Hughes with 221 votes and Craig Richards with 147 votes to serve as Trustees. Fred Burnett received 135 votes.

Voters in Cheshire Township selected Mike Conkle with 134 votes and Daryl Wears Jr. with 121 votes to serve as Trustees. J.D. Taylor received 91 votes.

Voters in Green Township selected David Jamie Graham with 385 votes and Dwight R. Evans with 264 votes to serve as Trustees. Bill Burleson received 207 votes, Farrell Ray Miller received 205 votes, Seth Daniel Woodward received 167 votes, while James A. Johnson received 130 votes.

Voters in Harrison Township selected Margaret Adkins with 98 votes and Brett Cremeens with 96 votes to serve as Trustees. Joe Carter received 56 votes.

Voters in Morgan Township selected John R. Manley and Jeffrey L. Hash to serve as Trustees with 117 votes. Jeff Ferrell received 70 votes.

Voters in Ohio Township selected Mike Daines with 65 votes and James E. Waugh with 61 votes to serve as Trustees. Pamela A. Hammack received 36 votes.

Voters in Raccoon Township selected Dwight Rees with 139 votes and Matthew L. Roberts
with 132 votes to serve as Trustees. Bryan Jones received 127 votes.

Voters in Walnut Township selected Ethan Cade with 93 votes and Shawn L. Myers with 68 votes to serve as Trustees. Steven Owens received 39 votes.

Voters served by the Gallipolis City School Board of Education in Gallia County selected Alex Saunders with 1023 votes and Lynn Angell with 982 votes to serve as board members. Matt Loveday received 753 votes.

Voters served by the Gallia County Local Board of Education in Gallia County selected David Small with 925 votes, Beth James with 806 votes and Paula E. Whitt with 774 votes to serve as board members. Brandon Twyman received 719 votes.

Voters served by the Symmes Valley Local Board of Education in Gallia County cast 27 votes for Uriah Cade, 18 votes for Derek L. Wilson, 16 votes for Montana Runnels, and 9 votes for Lacy Kauffman to serve as board members. This race is combined with Lawrence County.

Addison Township voters approved a proposed five year 0.3 mills renewal levy for fire protection with 80.54% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the city of Gallipolis approved a proposed 0.5% levy increase on income for the police department operations, cemetery maintenance and street paving with 50.61% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the Village of Rio Grande approved a proposed 1% levy increase on income for police department operations, fire department operations and street maintenance, as well as the termination of a 2023 temporary 0.5% increase, with 55.56% casting ballots in favor.

Voters in the Village of Vinton approved a proposed five year 5.5 mills renewal levy for current expenses with 78.12% casting ballots in favor.
